AMAZING ETWINNING PROJECT "WATER".

AMAZING ETWINNING PROJECT "WATER".

I have to say that for me and my students this etwinning project has been a wonderful experience. My students have collaborated in this project with different topics about environment, they have done activities to get different aims, interests, ideas and academic needs. There has been an integration with the rest of the subjects such as science, music singing different traditional songs, literature interpreting different poems, English language has been used to communicate between cauntries as a common language and to carry out most activities, we have known the art and the culture of different European countries, their customs and traditions and part of their vocabulary.

There has been a great communication between teachers through webinar periodically to share the topics that were going to be discussed or possible doubts that we might had about the project and we had a whatsapp group to have a greater connection between us and to help us.

We have collaborated periodically on the TwinSpace, we have shared materials, results, dissemination activities an we have created international groups to work teachers and students in mixed groups.

Students have evaluated and voted on different activities such as the name of their groups, they have given their opinion on the different activities and questions. Their parents were aware of the realization of our project and they have collaborated in different activities, for example in taking pictures of the landscape and vegetation in our area or in recording different videos.

Colleagues and the management team of my school have collaborated in the dissemination of the different activities carried out in our project "Water" through Facebook, regional newspapers, radio, instagram ... They also get all the media to be able to have a webinar in the class with the rest of partners. It was a pleasant surprise to see our colleagues with whom we were collaborating.

I must to say that during the stage of confinement due to the epidemic, we have been able to continue working on the project from home it has been very positive for the students and teachers because we have felt very closed in this difficult situation, we have been able to give each other some advices and encouragement with videos, activities and with different messages.

We have used innovative and interesting methods of teaching and learning in different foreign languages to develop pupils´key competences with new technologies. They have used Quizziz, Kahoot, mentimeter... We have created a common book, a common journal and a picture that was travelling around our different countries, we have recorded some videos, our students said some words in other foreign languages and our students have recited a common poem.

And the most important thing is that students have developed interculturality to improve tolerance and mutual understanding that it is very important for their lives.

Finally, I would like to say that it has been a pleasure to work with you in this interesting project.

My students and I will never forget this wonderful experience, this etwinning experience.
Thank you etwinning, thank you my dear partners! See you!

INTERNATIONAL AWARENESS DAYS

I also would like to add my students' products to this blog which they created for International Awareness Days. Thanks to this eTwinning project they have turned into global citizens which I mean they don't only do something about national days or festivals but they also create many things for global issues. Below you can see some of them:
